This session will focus on effective customer engagement approaches that can drive real impact in 2025 and beyond. We'll explore how to bridge customer experience and engagement across R&D, Medical, and Commercial teams and collaborate with KOLs. You'll also gain insights on key decisions for partnering, building, and operationalizing customer engagement. We'll discuss refreshed launch tools, such as patient journey, segmentation, and data strategy, and how to activate data to drive action. Finally, we'll share novel approaches to engage customers at launch and support patients in getting the right therapy with less friction.
