In this highly interactive session, we will explore current and desired future state for evolving HCP customer engagement and how organizations are addressing the complexities associated with effective implementation, pull-through and measurement. Example topics include:
• Collection and assembly of meaningful customer insights and how best to leverage across Commercial Ops
• Where do particular functions (i.e., analytics, campaign performance, media reporting) reside currently? Is this where they should reside?
• Skillsets needed to support effective customer engagement
In addition to the above, we will facilitate discussion on current operational trends, business priorities, and challenges facing senior Field Ops leaders.
The session wraps with our traditional round-robin style discussion on hot topics raised by network members. We’ll be soliciting feedback on topics as the Summit draws closer.
