Kim has over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, starting as a field representative and then finding her passion in pharmaceutical sales operations.

Kim started with the industry in large pharma and has broadened her knowledge supporting both mid-tier and in start-up pharmaceutical companies. Kim’s experience is broad, ranging from analytics and report development, field communications, training and team-building. She has done extensive work with CRM systems, developed inside sales teams and lead broad cross-functional change management processes. Kim’s specialty is project management, earning her PMP in 2011. She is passionate about supporting both the needs of the field and senior leadership and building paths for ongoing success.

Kim received her undergraduate degree from Lehigh University and her master's degree from New York University.
