Navigating the Future, Adapting to Operational Trends

This highly interactive session will focus on operational trends, business priorities, and challenges currently facing senior Field Ops leaders. We will address a variety of standard topics but will also dedicate time to discuss tools, tech, platforms, and infrastructure changes that are most likely to impact Field Ops functions. AIML (not surprisingly) being one of them. And of course, we’ll set aside time for our traditional round-robin style discussion on hot topics raised by our network members.

As in previous Summits, all attendees of this session will be invited to participate in this year’s Commercial Operations Panel Session in the last block of the day: Three Strategies for Modernizing Commercial Operations. As organizations evolve to a more customer-centric model, Commercial Operations is driving the enablement and facilitation of the capabilities. A panel of cross-functional, Commercial Operations experts will discuss approaches to how the function is evolving.
