This highly interactive session will focus on operational trends, business priorities and challenges currently facing senior Field Ops leaders. We will address a variety of standard topics but will also dedicate time to discuss tools, tech, platforms and infrastructure changes that are most likely to impact Field Ops functions. AIML (not surprisingly) being one of them. And of course, we’ll set aside time for our traditional round-robin style discussion on hot topics raised by our network members.
